Resolving the ‘File Path Not Found’ Error

When you use the button to create your File, you may see the ‘File Path Not Found’ message. If so, you will need to make changes to the ‘Saving Export File Path’, to allow you to create the file.

Note: You will only have to change the ‘Saving Export File Path’ Options once. Follow the directions stated below to do this action.

The screens below show the process used to set the ‘Saving Export File Path’ Options.

First select the ‘Preferences’ menu from the main toolbar, then select the ‘User’ option. The next screen is used to make the actual change:

Now select the “Saving Export Files” located under the “Application” area. (show above in step 1). You may now enter (show in step 2) you preferred export path. We recommend that you select a place where you may easily find your export files. In this example, we’ve selected “C:\users\Karen\My Documents\” where Karen is the username. Once you’ve made your changes be sure to save those changes by selecting the button. You are now ready to save your file. When you now use the button to create your File, it will be saved in your new “Save Export File Path’ location.
