In selecting data from RAAR MLS be sure to select the options below:

Under the “Status” area, select all the status options. Then under the “General Criteria” area, place “01/01/2006” in the “Date Sold” and “Off Market Date” areas as shown below.

These options will make sure that all the data that is needed to create the appropriate graphs, is collected.
You should also make your normal selection choice by
selecting other options that you would normally select in doing a CMA. Once you’ve selected your data
options, press the
button to see the search results. An example of the search results are
shown below.

Now you are ready to download the results. To download the results, select the “Export” link shown at the bottom of the screen. Once you select the “Export” link, the Export dialog box will pop up as shown below.

Select the “Selection Listings” option and the
“ToolkitCMA” option and then press the
button to download the data.
Once you push the
button, you will see the File Download
dialog box. Use this to save the file.
Be sure to remember where you save your file. This is the exported file that will be used to create your graphs.
Once you have saved your exported file, you are ready to run the Neighborhood Buying Patterns application. When you run the application you will need to point to the exported data file, so make sure that you’ve placed the file in an easy to find place. For instructions on how to run the Neighborhood Buying Pattern application, be sure to see the Neighborhood Buying Pattern manual (installed on your desktop when you installed the application).
