Contract Calendars are a great "visual tool" for Realtors® to clearly communicate contract dates to customers in an easy-to-see calendar format. Customers are able to quickly and easily identify all the dates that they need to be aware of as they execute their portions of the contract. Realtors® are able to enter contract dates on a form and then by pressing a button, calendars are created.

A calendar is created for each month in whch the Realtor® has a contract date. Default contract titles have respective icons that are provided. Of if you'd like, you can provide your own contract titles. Additionally, you can add optional dates and titles if you'd like. Optional dates are dates which are added only if the calendar is created with a respective contract date.

Calendars can also be customized with Realtor® specific contact information. As customers keep track of their contract dates, your contact information will be in front of them. The is a great marketing tool for the Realtor®.

How To Use: : Simply go to the Data Entry sheet by positioning your mouse on the "Title" tab below and clicking on it. Then place the contract dates in the Key Contract Date Table, and press the "Create All Calendars" button to create your Calendars.

After you make your Calendars, you will want to print it out, and package them with a copy of the contract to send to your customers.
