The Visual Pricing Subscription Upgrade Process
Focus 1st will periodically update the Visual Pricing System software. In most cases the updates will include minor changes such as including support for additional MLS's. Most of these updates will not impact the majority of our customers. Periodically, minor bug fixes will be included as well.

However, there will be times where signficant functionality will be included in an update. In these cases, we will notify you with our e-Viewpoint newsletter.

Note: If you do not have a version number on your Visual Pricing System, you should update your software now. If you purchased your subscription prior to July 1, 2010, you will need to contact Focus 1st, LLC to update your software. Please email your contact information to support@focus1st.com. They will contact you and schedule a time to update your software. The update process will take about 5 mintues.

How do I know what version of the Visual Pricing System, I have?
Updating your software

Download Now!
To update your software you will download the update software and then run the setup routine. DO NOT uninstall your current version. The setup routine will install over your current version. You must have a valid install for the update routine to work correctly.

If you run the update program and your are unable to get your software to work please send an email with your contact information to support@focus1st.com. We will contact you and get you up and going.
Update Process
  • To download the latest Version of the Visual Pricing System, select the "Download Now" link. When you select the download link, the setup_VisualPricingUpdate.Zip file will be downloaded to your computer. Save this file to your desktop (or a place where you can easily find it).
  • Open the zip file and then run the setup_VisualPricingUpdate.exe file. As part of the update process, the Visual Pricing System shortcut may be repositioned on your desktop.

Please be aware that we have just implemented the functionality to document these changes and are just starting to place the documentation of the changes made on line. Thus, several of the previous changes have not been documented. We plan to focus on documenting changes in the future.
