The Focus 1st software runs in a Microsoft Excel 365 environment. In order to use all the functions of the program you must have an active and updated Microsoft Office 365 account.
NOTE: This must be a full subscription, not an online use only account. The program requires the macros only available in the full Microsoft Excel program.
Once you’ve subscribed your account will be created. You will receive an email containing your login information (if you don’t see this email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder) and instructions on how to download the software through your account interface. Your account interface is where you will also find the activation code you will need to save in your software. If you have multiple computers (home, work, travel, etc.…) or get a new computer, you can download the software by simply logging in and downloading the program.
Yes. It works on both operating systems as long as you have the corresponding Microsoft Office 365 account and an updated Microsoft Excel program. To keep your MS Excel program running smoothly with the Focus 1st software, it is recommended that you turn on auto-update.

We love hearing from our customers, but we encourage you to watch the Tutorial Videos first for program-use questions, as many of your questions will be answered in those short clips. We also have an online User Guide that can answer your questions immediately.
Our software works by reading your MLS search results from an export file that you save from your database. This process is well documented, including how to set up the file correctly and how to search to guarantee you get the right information. You can see the MLS setup instructions here, and the search recommendations are part of our included learning.
