Meet Tim DeLeon
The Creator
Focus 1st LLC began when Tim DeLeon, an agent selling real estate after a successful career at Hewlett-Packard, found that he could use MLS data to find real answers to key customer questions. Using a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, he began creating basic, easy-to-understand graphs that his clients loved.
His wife, Joanne DeLeon, an award-winning agent, stepped in and became a catalyst for Focus 1st LLC. Seeing the value of these graphs, she felt a sense of purpose in sharing the program with others. Together, they formed Focus 1st LLC and started selling CDs, eventually becoming the digitally updated, powerful resource it is today.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Visual Home Values system uses your MLS search export to create visual graphs and give you control to find clarity. To do this you will perform your search in your MLS using the recommended criteria in the 'Select the Right Data' step in the software. Then you will export that file and save it to your computer. On the 'Upload Export File' step you load the data into the software and you're ready to go! To make sure your MLS is exporting the right information you will need to do the MLS Export Setup.
